How to Submit

To submit a public notice for publication, contact the public notices desk with the full text of the notice, the required publication dates, and your contact information. We will confirm receipt and provide a publication schedule.

Accepted Notice Types

We accept notices including but not limited to: trustee sales, probate notices, name changes, fictitious business names, government meeting notices, and other notices required by Arizona law to be published in a newspaper of general circulation.

Affidavit of Publication

Upon completion of the required publication run, we provide an affidavit of publication suitable for filing with the appropriate court or agency.
